Atlantic Byron Bay

When my car wouldn’t start, someone had jumper cables on my battery within minutes. That kind of helpfulness sums up this lovely little hotel. The staff were friendly, and the bikes made it easy to get around town. There’s a well-stocked kitchen, plus washer and dryer access, which is especially handy on a long trip. The rooms, pool and spacious shared areas all have a quiet beachy elegance, with lots of thoughtful touches. I had a joyful stay from beginning to end.

The Atlantic was an easy place to settle into, almost like home. The shared kitchen was always clean and had everything we needed, and our room was bright and spacious. Towels for the beach, bikes and surfboards were all provided, which made the trip simple. Staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile, while the managers checked in to make sure we were happy and safe. The place is beautifully maintained and perfectly located for walking everywhere in Byron Bay. It was our first stay and it blew us away. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work and service. We’ll definitely return, and stay longer next time!

We’ll definitely be back at the Atlantic Hotel. The pool area was gorgeous, and I have to mention Spike, the cute resident lizard. Our room was spacious, in a leafy setting, and had a balcony that we loved relaxing on. I especially liked the communal kitchen, with room in the fridge for our food and the freedom to grab a midnight snack whenever we wanted. We had an amazing stay.

I loved my relaxing stay here. The beds were really comfortable, and the sweet, friendly staff made me feel at home right away. It’s a stylish, clean boutique hotel close to everything, and I’d happily stay again. The communal kitchen works well, though at this price, a little Nespresso machine and a minibar in the room would make it even better for me. No real complaints, though. I didn’t have enough time to try the provided surfboards or bikes, but they’re a lovely extra.
