I keep coming back and have stayed here three times. I like the seafront apartments because I can hear the waves, though each one is individually owned, so they vary in what they have. I've never had an issue. John is helpful and accommodating. The large saltwater pool is clean, with plenty of places to sit, and the place feels like a little haven. The city is 20-30 minutes away, and Coles and the PO are just up the road, though a car is useful. Palm Cove is about a 20-minute walk, but it gets pretty steamy in January. I hired a bike there one year and enjoyed exploring the beaches. Right on the beach, clean, well maintained and operated, I'd recommend staying here.

The beachfront setting was lovely, and the accommodation itself was nice. We came a few days ago to celebrate our anniversary, but the room was dusty and seemed poorly cleaned. I started sneezing and coughing from it. At night, water leaked from the air conditioner after we turned it on. There was no air conditioning in the master bedroom, which was uncomfortable in Cairns' hot, humid weather, and we couldn't sleep well. Customer service wasn't available over the weekend because the office was closed. The stay was average, and better cleaning, working air conditioning and customer support would have made it much better.

We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing, and Agincourt Beachfront Apartments was just right. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and peaceful, and the place was extremely well serviced. From the balcony, we watched the moon rise and the sun shimmer on the water. It was beautiful. Palm Cove and Port Douglas are busier, while here the palm-lined shore is pretty and there's less traffic and fewer tourists. The walk to Palm Cove is an easy, scenic 30 minutes. The pool was a highlight, private behind tropical palms, sparkling clean and a perfect temperature, with great loungers for reading. We couldn't fault the premises. Thanks, John and Sheree.

We travelled with our toddler, and the staff were very responsive about our late check-in and setting up an extra bed. The whole place was spotless and well equipped. There was a strange problem with the toilet, but staff fixed it in under an hour. The pool was spotless too, with lots of toys that made our toddler super happy. After checkout, staff looked after our bags and let us use the shower. We could also rent towels for a couple of bucks.

We had a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment with a straight view to the beach. The rooms were spacious, and the kids loved having proper beds instead of bunks for once. The kitchen was even better equipped than we'd expected. One of the best apartments we've stayed in, and a great stay.
