First City Caravilla

Such a clean park, with spotless amenities. It was well run and felt safe and secure. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend it 100%.

The other staff members were lovely, which makes this even more of a pity. After we'd stayed seven nights, we wanted to come back for one more, but a woman at reception greeted us with extreme hostility and basically kicked us out. The reason was that our three year old had briefly taken off his clothes and run naked across the camping ground, which is something children sometimes do. In eight months of travelling, we'd never met this kind of hostility toward us and our children. Families, beware. Find another campsite where your kids are more welcome.

The cabins were really clean and tidy, and the pool was good. Very happy with the service.

We'd definitely come back. The cabin was a good fit for a couple or small family, though its interior is a bit dated after a few years. The air con is old fashioned and noisy, but it works perfectly. The grounds and facilities were all clean and exceptionally tidy, and the pool is great, free and open most of the day. It's a lovely little getaway if you're trying to save some money and still have a great time. The staff were so accommodating. Wayne and the cleaner, a fabulous lady with glasses whose name I didn't catch, were absolute stars.
