Kevin, the hotel manager, made the stay really comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was self-service and a nice way to get the day going. It was one of the cheapest places I found, too. Everything was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Highly recommended.

We spent one night there with friends, on our last day before returning the van we’d rented. Even with the mess we’d made of it, the staff treated us really well. The facilities were excellent, and the other guests were very friendly. Honestly, it was the best hostel I stayed at in Australia. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The staff are lovely and it’s a wonderful place to stay. Just be aware that the airport is very close, so planes fly right over the hostel and you hear a lot of engine noise. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a perfect spot.

The showers and toilets were easily the cleanest I’ve seen at any hostel in Australia so far. There’s a great shared area and the free internet is really fast, too. It’s a bit outside the centre, but a shuttle bus runs back and forth several times a day. Such a great hostel, and a really good vibe!

JJ's is such a kind and relaxing resort, with a lovely setting and really helpful staff who can help you decide where to go. It’s only ten minutes from the city, and there’s free transport into town, plus free buses and even rides to the airport. Breakfast is free, the accommodation is great, and they also give out vouchers for free dinners.
