The location worked really well, about halfway between Cairns and Port Douglas, and the woman at reception was great with activity tips and even helped us book a few things. We liked the renovated, well-equipped kitchen, the lovely gardens and pools that were great for our toddler. Just keep in mind this is a serviced apartment, not a resort: there’s no room service or sheet changes, and you’ll need to head to Coles for supplies. A great fit for families with young kids. We’ll be back.

A really well kept place, with tidy rooms and beautiful gardens. Staff were incredibly helpful, and the four pools are fabulous, especially the 50 metre lap pool. For me, it’s the best place to stay in Palm Cove.

I had an Akashic Records session with Alexandra at Mango Lagoon Resort, and it was a transformative experience. She was warm, professional and intuitive, and made me feel at ease and supported from the start. The clarity and peace I came away with are something I’ll carry with me. I’d highly recommend Alexandra to anyone looking for spiritual guidance, connection and a healing space. The resort itself was a peaceful oasis, with lovely gardens and inviting pools that made it easy to relax and recharge. Palm Cove is already paradise, and staying here made the trip feel even more special. A lovely choice if you’re after quiet, nature and a renewing break.

Our two bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, only a few steps from the pool. The gardens were beautiful, and we made good use of the barbecue area. It was also an easy short walk to the esplanade. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Mango Lagoon Resort. Big thanks to Matt and Karen. I’ll recommend it to family and friends.

The pools were incredible, with three in the middle of the complex, plus a massage place. Matt was so helpful, and made us the best cocktails we’ve ever had. Try the beachcomber, and happy hour runs from 2 to 4. We booked a budget room but it had everything we needed, was clean and had air con. The shower was big with great pressure, so it really didn’t feel like a budget room. Just what we needed.
