The cleaning was better than I expected, and the basic room amenities were provided well. The hotel was amazing, and the staff were friendly. Kimi at reception was especially lovely and helpful with any questions. I’d love to come back, highly recommend.

The two bedroom apartment was decent, though it needs some basic maintenance. The pool was closed, but since it was outdoors I don’t think I’d have used it anyway. At check-in they seemed somewhat interested in helping. Check-out was another story, as talking to a friend seemed more important than asking how the room was. Service, what is that? Still, it’s not a bad option, close to the city and a reasonable walk away.

I’ve stayed in hostels in Mount Isa and Hervey Bay that were newer, cleaner and had better facilities. They cost $40, not $280 a night. Please avoid this place, even if you were paid to stay there.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the kids loved the pool and tennis courts. Fantastic place, with the best views of Canberra.

The views were great, but customer service wasn’t. The cleaning was lacking, especially around the air vent, and some staff didn’t speak English very well. The shower screens need replacing. There were no pamphlets in the room explaining local restaurants or how to use the TV.
