The pool beside reception was a nice spot, and parking was easy. Bush Village Holiday Cabins is my favourite place to stay in Airlie Beach. The staff are welcoming, and it’s quiet while still just a three minute drive from the lagoon. The cabins are spacious and have fully equipped kitchens, which made things comfortable. Such good value for the price. Highly recommend it if you're visiting the area!

The check-in staff were extremely nice, and the cabins were simple but clean and tidy. The price was good for what you get. WiFi didn't reach our cabin, but we didn't mind. We can recommend it for a short, budget focused stay.

The staff were kind and the location was good, but we checked out early because the room was so dirty. The bathroom was filthy, the kind of place that made me feel I needed to keep my shoes on to avoid a fungal infection. I wasn't comfortable showering there. The louvers also wouldn't close properly, so privacy wasn't great. During the night, police and paramedics arrived at 2am to take away someone who was trying to enter units. It made us feel very unsafe. We were told it was an unusual bad night. Maybe this is more suited to backpackers after a cheap night, but I wouldn't call it comfortable for families. I hadn't planned to leave a review because the staff were kind, but it seems fair to share so someone else isn't as disappointed as we were.

I don't understand how this place got such a high Google score. I'm not judging it for old facilities, dirty marks everywhere, or broken things. The basic cleaning wasn't done either. There was a blue substance in the bathroom sink that looked like the last traveller's toothpaste. It's 4am and I'm writing this because I couldn't sleep. After lying in bed for a few hours, my whole body started itching, and my husband felt itchy too.

The room was spacious and had good facilities, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The WiFi didn't work in the room, which was a small annoyance, but we still enjoyed our stay.
