Maree was awesome, and deserves a raise. She was the exception in customer service, which otherwise felt lacking. We were on a powered site with very uneven, rocky ground and a mat that wasn’t big enough, though we made do since we were camping. It was incredibly windy, so sand got in our eyes and all through the tent. On our first night it was 40 degrees, but the pool shut at sunset and I had to cool off in a cold shower. Keeping it open for relaxed swimming until 10pm might be better. The showers were good and the laundry was tidy, with plenty of room to hang clothes. Campers filled the fridges and cooked hams at dinner, so no ovens were free. We enjoyed our stay despite these complaints.

We had no issues during our two nights on a powered site with our camper, and the facilities were so clean we didn’t need our own toilet or shower. The beach is barely a walk away. We skipped the pool and cooking area because they were full of kids and families. We’d come back and recommend it.

The park has a welcoming feel, with friendly people of all ages, from families and couples to older and younger guests. We stayed in our caravan, and the sites are generously sized in a peaceful spot, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the bathrooms and toilets were modern and clean. This was our second stay, and it won’t be the last.

The location is amazing, and the staff were so helpful. I arrived with my 8-year-old to put up my tent, but the wind was so strong the tent nearly blew away and a pole broke. Luckily they had one cabin left and transferred my campsite payment to it. The cabin was really nice, but pricey, so I could only stay one night. Thank you to the staff for helping us.

It’s a lovely place, which makes it such a pity that the Assistant Manager Shane treated us so badly. This was our first time camping in Australia, and we were terribly mistreated.
