The pool was lovely and very clean, and dinner was amazing. The chef definitely knows how to cook meat medium rare. We stayed for the first time for my birthday and found a real hidden gem, with a beautiful clean room overlooking the golf course. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a bloody bonus!

We had a tidy, clean and comfortable upstairs room with a view. Breakfast was a good buffet, and barista coffee was available for a fair extra price. It's just outside town, but a bit too far to walk for dinner. They do serve dinner onsite, though we didn't try it. We'd stay again.

Our two nights in Room 20 worked perfectly for us, and having the golf club right next door was a bonus since we're golfers. We're Accor members, which was one of the main reasons we chose Clare Country Club. The king bed was great, and we loved the bath and shower. Having two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area, was unusual but handy. At Connor’s Restaurant we tried the chef’s specials, pork cutlets and a salmon dish. Both were delicious and nicely presented. The staff were helpful and polite, and our waitress gave us great service. Leo at reception was very professional when we arrived. We also brought our electric bike and spent a day on the Riesling trail, which was amazing. We'd highly recommend the hotel to family and friends and look forward to coming back. Thank you Clare, we love you.

We visit Clare regularly because my partner’s son and his family live there, but last night was our first dinner at the Country Club. We were amazed by the food and outstanding service. The wine list had plenty of excellent Clare Valley wines, plus a couple of very special Italian reds. Holden waited on us and did an amazing job, despite being so young. Lea, our sommelier, was also outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful. We're so glad we found this gem. It'll be our go to place in Clare from now on! ❤️🍾🥂

We were celebrating our 28th anniversary and spent one night in room 15, directly below the bar. The bar was busy during Happy Hour, but we couldn't hear it in our spacious, clean room. The garden and pool view was lovely, and the roomy bathroom had both a bath and shower. There were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine, a nice touch. We had a drink at the bar before dinner in the restaurant, where our food was delicious and very nicely presented. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and courteous. We'd definitely return.
