We paid fair, affordable prices for our two-week family holiday, and we'll recommend the motel to friends and family. The location is handy for great family activities and sightseeing. The pool was clean and spacious, and staying by the pool was relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was tidy, well kept, comfortable, and had air conditioning. The staff and caretakers were such standouts, with welcoming smiles and attitudes. Wow, we had an amazing stay! 🤩 Thank you! 😊

We left something valuable behind by accident, and when we contacted Coastal Bay Motel, they went above and beyond to help get it back. They even kept a great sense of humor through it all. The customer service was the highlight of our overnight visit. Our room was clean and comfy, and the shower was fantastic. We highly recommend Coastal Bay Motel when visiting Coffs Harbour.

Margaret and Heath made my three-week work stay feel like home. They were friendly, attentive, happy to help, and still gave me plenty of space. You can tell they go above and beyond to look after guests. The motel was quiet, well maintained, and well located, so it was easy to relax after work. My room was spotless, comfortable, and set up well for a longer stay. From arrival onward, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Coastal Bay Motel, and would happily return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, stress-free stay with such lovely hosts.

The room was quite small, but fine for a quick overnight stay and had everything we needed. We booked the deluxe standard room, one of the renovated rooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was wonderful. Having a toaster made our very early departure much more pleasant. I'd happily stay again to break up a long drive.

We keep coming back to Coastal bay motel in Coffs Harbour and would happily return again and again. The location is amazing, near Park beach and with restaurants and a shopping centre only a short distance away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.
