We stay in all sorts of motels, hotels and resorts for work, and Pacific Palms Motel was a really lovely surprise. The rates and availability were great value, the room was clean, and the bed was seriously comfortable. Check-in was the friendliest and most efficient I can remember, and the shower was glorious. The rooms have also been beautifully refurbished. We’ll be using this little gem as our company’s regular place to stay in Coffs Harbour, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks for making us comfortable, 10/10 from us!

It’s close to the CBD, but expensive. The floor wasn’t clean, the body wash was nearly empty, and the towels were very thin and child sized. The bathroom was so tiny there wasn’t even room for a basin.

We were there on 6.1.26, and it felt a little expensive. The hotel was nice and easy to reach straight off the highway, with an exit from the back. The RSL was within walking distance and had lovely meals.

The room was comfortable and really clean. The downside was hearing everything from the room above us.

2/10
There was only one set of cutlery, and the place was dirty, with food smears on the bedside tables. The soap dispenser leaked, the fan was bent and broken, and some lights didn’t work. Power sockets were hanging out of the wall, and the bathroom door wasn’t properly attached, with a broken latch. There’s no pool.
