I made the booking but cancelled it straight away because there was nobody around and I couldn't reach anyone on any of the numbers provided. I wanted to deal with a person face to face. Even after the booking agent emailed them asking for a refund, they ignored the request. Their page says “fully refundable rates with free cancellation,” but they took all my money even though I never stayed there. Absolutely disgusting service, and I don't recommend this place at all. I'll be going to Fair Work Ombudsman and getting

This hotel booking is outrageous. The reservation confirmation said there was no need to call again, but three days later I got two emails saying my booking had been cancelled because of my payment method, even though WOTIF offered it as an option. Four days after that, they emailed again to say they'd cancelled by mistake because someone had a similar name to mine. If I book again three days before the LONG EASTER WEEKEND, I wonder whether the rates will still be the same as they were two weeks ago.

We paid 300$ for a week but only stayed three nights. Everything was dirty: the kitchen, bathroom and rooms all looked like nobody had cleaned the place in years. There were old guys smoking in the toilet, and trash, ashes and cigarette butts on the ground. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Avoid this place at all costs.

They charged me for the whole week, though I stayed only one night. I have proof, but they're denying it. Very, very bad people. I'll go to Fair Work Ombudsman.

Conveniently close to the shopping centres, and the place was clean and tidy. A very good stay.
