Park Beach Cabins

Really disappointing accommodation. It was poor value for the money and not suitable for families.

The beach was only a few minutes away, and we were close to everything else too. Our cabin was quiet, tidy, and well aired, with comfortable beds and all we needed for cooking and washing. The pool is small, but it was enough to cool off in after time at the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We liked it so much that we booked another stay while checking out. The setting is peaceful, the rooms are spacious and air conditioned, and the pool is fantastic. Every cabin has a covered carport, which is especially handy in rainy weather. The service from the staff was honestly the best I’ve had.

We booked five nights in 2022, then arrived to learn we’d been double booked and had to leave early. The accommodation itself was okay for the price, but the communication and service have been appalling. I paid the bill and was told the tax receipt would be emailed, as we needed it for a travel and accommodation claim after a family member’s medical procedure. More than ten emails and six phone calls later, we still don’t have it. I’m exhausted, gutted, and fed up. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has dragged on far too long and is beyond a joke.
