We stayed for a week and found the room perfectly comfortable. It had a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and fridge. There are no room cleans, and you have to take out your own rubbish during and after the stay. The location is great, one street back from the main street so a little quieter, but still near lots of good options. There are two pools, including a lap pool, which we loved. Great budget accommodation with an old-style feel. We'd definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, 10/10. There are three pools and three spas, plus a business lounge, gymnasium, tennis court, pool-access suites and roof-terrace suites.

The BBQs are never cleaned, even when we've asked for them to be. Tiles are coming off the pool and spa, and the pools need urgent repairs. The property managers are extremely rude and need to learn some customer service.

The location made getting around easy, with the surf club and the main strip of shops and cafes only a short walk away. We had a great weekend here with my girlfriend. The room was clean and well cared for, reception service was on point, and there were plenty of facilities, including tennis, a couple of pools and a gym. After a game of tennis, the spa and pool were especially enjoyable. Good value for money, and I’d stay again next time I’m in the area. Booking through the hotel website is the best option.

Murray and Sandie made us feel very welcome. They were helpful, obliging and down to earth. We spent eight days here, and the apartment was such a lovely surprise: roomy, tidy, comfortable and cosy, with a wide range of amenities. Cafes, restaurants and shops were all close by. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we return to Coolum.
