Silwood Apartment

My Amiga Anne and I had a lovely one-night stay in this self-contained apartment. It was clean, with a huge clean bathroom and all the kitchen things I needed to cook. Our host Yvonne was lovely and baked fresh bread and cookies for us. I cooked smoked salmon pasta and coconut prawns last night and gave her a bowl in return for her kind hospitality. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. Yvonne and Glen are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming. Thank you both again, and best wishes from Ally and Terry.

Fresh homemade bread on arrival, fruit preserves, eggs and bacon are some of the thoughtful touches at Silwood Apartment. Yvonne goes out of her way to make your stay much better than average, and talks lovingly about the history of the homestead, which is worth looking into. The place has lots of charm, with its historic character and modern comforts.

We added an extra night because we loved the place so much. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, with everything we needed, including a large bathroom, washer and dryer, and free parking. Breakfast was included: freshly baked bread, local bacon and eggs, jam and museli. Yvonne and Glen are beautiful hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
