The place has potential, but it’s been neglected for too long, whatever the website says about being award winning. The sliding door could be unlocked without a key, was hard to open, and screamed when moved. The smoke alarm battery was missing, as were the light globes in the lamp. The queen bed mattresses were hard, the pillows even harder, while the single beds were far too soft. The advertised Foxtel wasn’t there, the pool was dirty with lots of algae, and there were hazards around the property, including poolside furniture and a drain gate that could pop a tyre. There was a toaster and kettle but no plates or bowls, just coffee mugs, and no milk. The freezer was frozen shut, and we were given a third of a toilet roll. The bathroom soaps were open and half empty, and my daughter found what I can only assume was chewed food in her freshly cleaned bed. The cleaning chemicals smelled toxic, although the room itself was quite clean apart from items and rubbish left under the bed by previous guests. Management wasn’t friendly, and reception was unattended, so we left the keys in the room. I’d give the service zero if I could. I heard they’re trying to get new management, which could help this place. We only stayed one night as a stopover, thankfully.

I was exhausted from traveling and got a really good rest here. The room may be a little old, but the bedroom atmosphere and lighting were still lovely. The hot shower was my favorite part, probably the most relaxing bathroom on my trip. The water was hot and the bathroom perfectly clean. Thank you.

Clean room, lovely new shower, and a comfy bed, though the pillows were a bit hard. The doona could be warmer for winter. The old air conditioner was noisy, and service was okay. Reception wasn’t open when we left. Good value for the price.

The bathroom was nice and tidy, and the shower was great. The room was okay in size, but there were large stains on the floor by the entrance and it smelled musty. The bed was okay, though I had a rough night with loud people around in the early hours. At 4am one guy was walking around naked in the car park. The place looks rundown and could use a good refurbishment. Reception was unattended about half the time, so keys were left in the room. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean and looked like the pictures. The mattresses were old springs and not very comfortable, and the pillows weren’t great. I was glad I’d packed my own bedding just in case. Still, it’s a great place if you only need the room to sleep and shower.
