At $900 a night, being left with three portable heaters was really disappointing. The heater broke, and it wasn’t repaired during the final six days of our stay. I understand problems can happen, but Dinner Plain Accommodation seriously let us down with its customer service. When I asked about compensation, Courtney said they wouldn’t offer any recourse because temporary heating had been provided. The accommodation itself is nice, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility. Frankly, their business practices are pretty poor.
