The receptionist helped us check in very late, even though we booked at short notice. I’d been rushed to Dubbo hospital for emergency surgery with my family, and we needed somewhere to stay. The room had been freshly renovated, was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for making room for us.

The rooms have been renovated and the price was great. The staff and owners were friendly too. Five stars for what it is. Thanks, and don’t judge it by the outside.

I have a disability and needed certain things, so I was asking about the rooms. The lady was quite rude when I asked, and she was the rudest person I’ve ever been met with. I won’t be going back.

The room felt fresh, and the location was good. It was quiet too.

Liz the hotel manager wouldn’t let me stay with my fully trained assistant dog. She said the room had just been renovated and the dog might pee. I believe she broke the law by turning us away, then sent me off to sleep in my car even though a room was vacant. I’d driven from Geelong after getting off the ferry from tasmania. The lady was very rude, as another reviewer said. I’d never stay here again. Don’t stay here, go to the next town if there’s nowhere else available.
