Erin was amazing and kept us well informed through the whole booking process. Our group of 11 friends stayed at the Beach House for three nights, and there was so much space in every room. The beds were comfy, the location was great and everything we could need was supplied. It was perfect for a group of friends.

The setup makes it easy for everyone to have their own space, with six spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms. Erin is a wonderful host and is always happy to answer our questions. We’ve become regulars at The Beach House Dunsborogh, and hope to keep coming back. Our children can play, ride bikes and go to the beach within sight of the adults, and having no road in front is a huge bonus with little ones. It feels like a little slice of heaven, with incredible views and direct, uninterrupted beach access. The location is hard to beat in Dunsborough, and the house has everything our family needs for a getaway. I hope others book too, the memories made here will last a lifetime.

There’s room for the whole family here, with the beach just a walk away and local shops a short stroll from the property. We always have a relaxing time at Beach House Dunsborough when we come down. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back. O'Leary Family

We often sat on the green grass under the trees, which made it a relaxing place to unwind. There’s plenty of room inside for six people, and everything was clean and comfortable apart from the fourth bedroom, which smelled musty and seemed unused. The lighting was great, with leadlight windows throughout. It’s right on the beach, with only a walking path between the house and the sand and water.

Just a short stroll from town, The Beach House is a spacious, comfortable beachfront home. The leafy, lush outlook is the only thing between you and direct beach access. It’s such a serene place to unwind, and I’ll be back!
