Apartment 6 was in a great location, but it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting, and my photos would gross most people out. I paid for a clean apartment and expected a refund. The agents were very disappointing in their response, offering only 10% off a future visit. After that experience, I have no intention of going back.

After reading earlier reviews, I was relieved to find the apartment clean and all the equipment working. It’s well priced, in a great location, and does the job.

The lift is close by, which is the reason for the two stars. The property itself was unclean and poorly maintained, with old leaking taps, broken cabinets, and sofa beds that were basically impossible to sleep on. It doesn’t deserve such a prime location.
