We all had a fabulous week, with excellent, varied meals and generous portions. Some of the Lowood senior citizens stayed at this motel, and the hosts arranged tours we couldn't fault. The bus drivers were great, too. The hosts' entertainment on the last night was fantastic and very funny. I'd recommend it to anyone after a quiet, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

The regular room we ended up in was adequate, but we'd booked an ocean view room and were moved without being told before arrival. When I asked about it, I was told the booking system automatically prioritises longer bookings.

The disabled rooms work well for ambulant guests or people using a wheelchair with assistance. The beds are comfortable, customer service is fantastic, and it's quiet and a great price. I'll be back.

Janelle and the staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay relaxing. The Country Lodge Motel is clean and comfortable, and the location is great.

Such lovely hospitality and staff, and everything was clean. The Country Lodge at Flaxton is in one of the most breathtakingly beautiful places I've been, and it's one of the friendliest spots I've come across in a long time.
