The location is good, close to town and the water, but I wouldn't recommend this place for families. The apartments are in a residential building with neighbours very close by. There was a lot of swearing and inappropriate language, and people smoking nearby meant we had to keep the doors and windows shut. The room was overpriced, a bit old and run down, and not cleaned well, with hair and mold. It might be okay for a business stay, but it's not family friendly or suitable for young children.

The unit is clean and close to town, with a fabulous view, but it's hard to enjoy the balcony when neighbours are right beside you, often smoking and chatting. As another reviewer mentioned, the building has both permanent residents and holiday lets. Parking in our allocated space was very tight. We had a small car, thankfully, because a 4WD wouldn't fit.

This is a residential building that doesn't suit holiday makers, and there are much better and cheaper places around Forster. The building is old and run down, the air conditioner is noisy, and the neighbours are annoyingly close. Getting in and parking are inconvenient too. Completely overpriced.

We had a great balcony view, secure parking, and the place was cosy, clean and comfortable, close to town. But there was no coffee at all, just a kettle. I'd stay again, though I'll bring my own coffee next time.
