Green Gables B&B

Finding homemade cake in the fridge was a lovely surprise, and the generous breakfast supplies were full of excellent Tasmanian produce, including sourdough, ham, fresh eggs, yoghurt and homemade jam. Green Gables B&B was spotless and beautifully presented, with all the thoughtful details that made it feel like nothing had been missed. Beate was extremely helpful and communicative, which made everything easy. We had a comfortable, welcoming stay and would happily recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

The fresh bread and eggs from Beate's chooks, homemade jam, juice in the fridge and fruit on the table were such lovely touches. Her place was beautiful, with lush green gardens, and everything was so well organised. Beate has clearly put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable. My husband and I felt right at home, and she's one of the best hosts we've ever had. You can't go wrong staying here with Beate 😍

Eva's baked cheesecake was waiting for us when we arrived, and Beate had filled the fridge and counter with everything we could want for a continental breakfast. There was also a wide choice of coffee, chai and Tasmanian Teas. The apartment was private, in a great location, and had everything it promised, plus more. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place had a lovely feel. If we get the chance to return to Gardner's Bay, I'd definitely stay again. Thanks Beate Paul and Eva 💕

Beate's warm communication and little extras made us feel so looked after. There were dressing gowns, homemade cake and fresh produce from the garden, and you can tell a lot of care goes into hosting here. The cosy space was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
