The pool area was nice, and the location was good, but the stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, and two of the three rooms had no air conditioning, which left the kids very hot. The furniture was dated, and there was a bit of a smell. At check-in, my husband pointed out damage on the main bathroom door. I thought that was poor for a place rated 4.5 stars. I considered taking a photo but didn’t, and I’ll make sure to take pictures in future. When we checked out, they said we had damaged the door and kept our $300 deposit. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Stay away.

The pool was lovely and warm, and having a spa was a bonus. We were also just two minutes from restaurants and four minutes from the beach, which was fantastic. Our two-bedroom ocean-view room on level 26 was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we’re booking again. Thanks for making it memorable. See you soon.

The moment you walk into Belle Maison Apartments, you start to relax and feel like you’ll enjoy your holiday. The whole building is immaculately presented, with a large heated pool, spa, and other fitness equipment. Our unit was much bigger than anywhere else we’ve stayed and exceptionally well appointed. We absolutely loved it, and will definitely come back. I’d highly recommend it for a family-friendly break or a couple’s retreat.

We got there a little early, but our room was ready, so we could check in straight away. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, and the facilities were nice. The location is central, close to the beach and a short walk from the tram. My only suggestion is that the gym could use some free weights.

The apartment was amazing, with both beachfront and canal views, and it’s a short walk to the beach and local shops and cafes. We stayed in a huge three-bedroom unit with our four kids in November. The layout was a little odd, but it did help give us some space from the kids after a long day. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. We hardly dealt with management, apart from a booking.com scam that was sorted out before we arrived, but they were generally helpful. The air conditioning was only in the main bedroom and main lounge. If I’m being picky, the gym was a bit small too, so I’ll take a kettlebell next time. We’d definitely stay again.
