Bruce and Sue made us feel like valued guests from our first booking call through check-in and check-out. We booked a three-bedroom apartment on the 10th floor, a great size for us and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked, with good cooking facilities and a large fridge. One bedroom had a large King bed, walk-in robe and decent ensuite, another had a queen bed, and the last had two singles. We had beautiful beach views from the windows and balcony, and even spotted orcas passing by. There was no traffic noise. Town was easy to get to, with a park separating the restaurants and bars from the apartment and offering some quiet. We compared lots of places that could house 5-6 people, and this gave us better value and much more room than other hotels and apartments near the main Road. The pool area was clean and tidy despite its age. Nothing was a hassle, we were very happy and plan to book again!

The kids loved the pool, and the service was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, the beach and tram. The apartments are very spacious, and overall we were pretty happy with our stay. It's good for families. The apartment could use a thorough clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, and some things need updating. The door handles are one example. If you closed the bathroom door, you could get stuck when the handle wouldn't turn. It also didn't really feel like the 'superior apartment' described.

Sue called after I booked to see if there was anything else she could do, and the experience was fantastic from then on. The manager when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. Our apartment on the 8th floor was in excellent condition, with a superb balcony and amazing views. There was a pool room, tennis courts, plus a relaxing pool and spa. Do yourself a favour and contact Sue for great accommodation.

Apartment 624 was nicely furnished, with a big, well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed. The main downside was that air conditioning was only in the lounge/kitchen and main bedroom, which was a problem in the humid weather. Check-in and check-out at the complex were easy.

We stayed four nights over Christmas 2025 in the three-bedroom superior apartment. It was a spacious, family-friendly home away from home, in a fabulous spot away from the busyness of surfers, but still within walking distance of the beachfront. Sue & Bruce were amazing, helpful and accommodating when plans changed. No faults from us. We'll definitely book again 💯.
