We booked privately and got a renovated room with a great beach and sunrise view. The location was great too, right across from the beach and a very short walk to the centre of surfers, with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Parking was great, and everything was really clean, tidy and modern, with all the facilities you'd need for a holiday. The apartments are close to the beach and Paradise s/ctre, both within walking distance. We had a great experience and a lovely holiday!

The location was very good, but during our 6-day stay there was no servicing. Cockroaches were all over the kitchen and both bathrooms. The washer and dryer were extremely loud, the microwave didn't work properly, and the floors and rug were filthy. Even the vacuum they supplied was broken. Both shower heads were rusty. Hard to see how this is called a premium apartment.

Apart from the location, this was a really bad stay. We were there for one night in a two-bedroom Carlton apartment, and it was very dirty and poorly kept. Sand on the floor, dust on the blinds and in the wardrobe, and mould and rust throughout the old bathrooms. The dishes and balcony were untidy, the toaster and table chairs were rusty, and the TV and one living room light didn't work. At this price, I wouldn't recommend it. The manager needs to renovate and pay more attention to cleanliness.

The apartment was renovated and very clean, and getting to Surfers Cavill Avenue was so convenient. The Manager greeted us warmly when we arrived, which was lovely. We enjoyed our 3 days at the Gold Coast, though noise from the next apartment became a problem from 11 pm onwards. The permanent residents there seemed to work night shift, and their living area shared a wall with our main bedroom. I ended up sleeping in the small single bed in the second bedroom.
