The apartment service was great, they really went above and beyond. The lady we dealt with was amazing and so focused on helping guests. Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable. We were in 1603 from the 5th to the 12th of May. Would highly recommend.

Front reception was very friendly, but we stayed a week and still didn't get proper service or basic cleanliness. The dust and dirt throughout the place were unacceptable for paid accommodation. There was thick dust on fixtures, grime around vents, and areas that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor was dark and muddy, the sofa was extremely dirty and had bugs in it, and the tableware and cutlery weren't properly clean either. The cleaning team seemed completely inefficient, and it was clear to us that management didn't care about cleaning or maintenance standards. No guest should have to deal with this. I wouldn't recommend Encore Broadbeach until they improve the cleaning and take guest comfort seriously. Avoid it if you expect a clean, hygienic place to stay.

The rooms were stunning, with a beach view, and the location was very central. We stayed for the weekend and would definitely come back. There's a coffee shop along the highway about a three-minute walk away, plus restaurants and shops a short walk from here.

The apartment was huge and had everything we could ask for, and the amenities outside were top-notch. My kids have barely left the pool. Check-in was easy, and we were kindly given an upgrade from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom apartment. We had the most beautiful birthday stay at Encore and will most certainly be back.

The staff made us feel welcome, especially Hebe, who was so thoughtful and hospitable. We had a lovely six-night stay at Encore Broadbeach. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious, and the pool and spa were beautiful. We enjoyed the gym and sauna too. We’ll be back next year.
