I was skeptical when I saw the exterior, but the interior was so good and a really pleasant surprise. The spot is beautiful, close to the tram, shops, Pacific Fair and the beach. It worked well for our group of four or five, and had everything we needed. We didn’t need help or have any concerns, which is why I gave service a lower rating. It was Christmas, so I didn’t see staff apart from check-in and check-out, but the woman we did meet was so welcoming. Being moved here saved our trip, and I’m grateful.

It’s an older building with older decor, but it’s right on Broadbeach, clean and friendly. A four-star stay for me, as long as you’re not after something chic.

The bed was super comfy, the room was nice, and the location was perfect. We didn’t need to drive all weekend, and after-hours check-in was easy. I’d read the reviews and wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out great for the weekend. The room is a bit dated, though that was fine for a short stay. There was no dishwashing liquid, and a thicker blanket would have been good, but I made do.

We had a lovely long weekend and would definitely come back. The rates were relatively cheap compared with nearby places, the rooms were clean and nice, and the view was stunning. Our apartment was fully furnished with a kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. The pool was lovely and clean too. The bed was a little old and stiff, but tolerable. No complaints.

We loved the clean apartment and the easy booking. Communication was quick and friendly, and the location made it simple to get to the beach, shops and trams. We’d happily come back.
