We ate at the on-site restaurant and the meals were excellent, fresh and generous in size. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and had strong, quiet air conditioning. The towels and other linen felt soft and luxurious, and the TVs were uncomplicated. Nice layout with no steps, and the staff were organised and polite. Thanks for the hospitality, it’s definitely noticed. Keep up the good work 🏆

The kids loved the pool, tennis court and smooth, safe driveway for riding around. There’s also a lovely oval across the road with two playgrounds where they could burn off energy and get out of the room. Our rooms were neat, clean and comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. We were stuck after car trouble on Good Friday, unable to find anywhere to stay, and the team made us and our four children feel welcome and comfortable. They were kind and generous, helping turn a hot, stressful situation into an extra week of holiday fun and a magical Easter. We’re so grateful, and we’ll definitely come back to The Jolly Swagman Inn. 100% recommend!

It looked clean, but didn’t feel clean, and it didn’t quite match the photos. I couldn’t manage the spa edge, so showering was impossible. The bathroom smelled disgusting, and the smell drifted into the room overnight. I’m also not sure when the freezer was last cleaned.

The family room was modern and very comfortable, and the pool was awesome for kids. There are tennis courts too. There aren’t really shops nearby apart from KFC, and it’s a long way from the town centre, but it was perfect as a stop on a road trip.

Everyone I spoke to was lovely, even though I must have been the most annoying customer. I kept mixing up the date of my reservation, and they were patient and flexible. The rooms were nice and tidy too.
