The balcony views are beautiful, and we watched the sunset every day. This place is fully furnished with everything you need, and it’s a perfect fit for couples or families. Communication with the owner, valet and rental company was quick and efficient, and the buggy they provided worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying here on Hamilton Island. The full moon looked spectacular from Skiathos, and the resident couple managing the place were attentive throughout. I spent 10 days in Villa 4 with my teenage son and a few colleagues. The building is well appointed, and this small cluster of four luxury villas sits high on a magnificent island, with bluewater views and sunsets to match. We’ll be back.

Michael was a real help and let us check out later so we could work around our flights. We’ve just come back from five nights at Skiathos Apartments, where the views are spectacular and the location is great. The large living areas and balconies work well for a family or a bigger group. We’d happily return and recommend staying here.

The sunset views from the villa were amazing, and we had plenty of space. Having a golf buggy included was a big help, since they’re expensive, and the full kitchen and appliances let us cook and save money. We had a wonderful honeymoon at Skiathos Villas Hamilton Island, and Peter and Lyndal were warm and welcoming. Peter was lovely to chat with whenever we saw him. When our flight was cancelled and we had to change dates at the last minute, they made it happen. A few things could be improved. There were no lounge chairs on the balcony, no Foxtel, and no way to connect the TV to the internet for streaming. Some walls had cracks and peeling plaster, though Peter and Lyndal had only just taken over Skiathos and HI is still recovering from the cyclone. The pantry and fridge had no basics like coffee, tea, sugar or butter. The pool is small and poorly placed. It would make more sense at the front, where it could enjoy the view and sunshine. A welcome book with tips about Hamilton Island and Skiathos Villa would help, and perhaps there could be a restaurant deal with a meal or a drink included. We loved having the sunset sail view right from our villa. For island visitors, a foldable esky and ice blocks are handy for taking drinks and food around, since supporting local businesses can get expensive. Book restaurants at least a week ahead, except the pub, where you can just turn up. The Hamilton Island app was a lifesaver for booking accommodation and activities.
