It was a great stay overall. The gardens made things peaceful, and there’s a pool as well. My room was spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a longer stay. Without a car, though, it’s a long walk to get conveniences.

All we needed was one night in Hervey Bay over Christmas to visit family, and this was the last room available. The units are clean, but have a very 70s motel feel. It’s just back from Boundary Road, opposite the new hospital. There was lots of birdlife, which we love. But $288 for one night? I did query the price, asking since we were only staying one night. We can stay at the Novatel or Sofitel in Brisbane for less.

Bobby and his team gave us great service. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had a full kitchen and a pool. It worked perfectly for our family, with a room for the parents and another for the kids. Great location, highly recommended.

We booked at the last minute, and the man behind the counter was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were tidy and clean. It’s directly across from the hospital.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the management were so lovely. They did everything to make me feel welcome, and the atmosphere has a really homely feel. It’s a great base for seeing Hervey Bay, though a little outside the central area. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay at the Emeraldene Inn again.
