The room door wouldn’t even open properly, and the reception man was too busy talking to his mum to help us. The reception area, stairs and our door were all dirty. Inside, the two single beds were uncomfortable and looked very old, with stains along the sides. We got just one pillow each, and the spare blankets in the cupboard were dirty too. The shower was filthy, so I wore my thongs, and the tap was broken and hard to turn on or off. Whoever cleans this place needs to be fired. How can they advertise it as a lovely hotel? It’s false advertising. WARNING, DON’T STAY HERE.

I picked it for the price and location, and those were the only good points. The receptionist arrived 30 minutes late, there were no teaspoons, and the bathroom had mould. The linen was dirty, the mattress hurt my back, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything. If you’re on a budget, I’d spend a bit more somewhere else.

The room had a broken light, and the air con was missing its cover. The floors were disgusting and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Curtains were broken and wouldn’t close properly. The single beds were awful too, with caster wheels that had no brakes. The kettle was sitting on the bedside table.

Location was the only thing going for this place. It’s rundown, dirty, noisy and badly run. The shower was filthy with mould everywhere, and both the screen and tap were broken. Walls were dirty, mattresses had water stains and mould, and the window screens were torn and filthy. Doors banged all night and people were yelling. Definitely won’t stay again.

The place was badly run, and the location was its only plus. My room was dirty, with hair all over the floor. There was mould in the shower, whose screen and tap were broken, and the mattresses were stained and mouldy. The windows were filthy and broken. Definitely not coming back.
