The gardens were a highlight, with olive trees, lavender, roses and bottlebrush all looking beautifully cared for. We even spotted kangaroos, a hare and an Eastern Rosella. The villa had a comfy bed and everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We chose Beltana Villas after my parents stayed last year and recommended it, and we're so glad we did. It's our last night and we really don't want to go. Thanks, John and Trish. We didn't get to meet you, but you clearly take wonderful care of your guests.

The villa was just as described, and John and Trish kept us informed from booking right through checkout. They were easy to reach, too. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The villas are immaculate, and the location is fantastic. John is friendly and always ready to help, going out of his way to make guests comfortable. We can't recommend Beltana Villas enough. For us, it's the best place to stay in the Hunter Valley.

We only wish we'd found this place earlier. It's peaceful and picturesque, with spacious, clean, well-kept villas. The setting feels nicely away from the commercial areas while still being close enough to enjoy what the Hunter has to offer. John and Trish clearly care a lot about this beautiful property.

We've stayed here five times and have had a wonderful visit every time. John and Trish are friendly, excellent hosts. It's a quiet spot, just a few minutes' drive from many popular attractions. From the balcony there are lovely mountain views, a small vineyard and, often, local wildlife. The villas are comfortable, very clean and well equipped.
