The manager was rude and unprofessional. He told our family visitors to leave the pool area and claimed the pool closed before the hours posted there. The pool itself looked tired, and reception had a strong cooking smell that never went away. Our room felt dirty, dated, and run-down for what we paid. The air conditioner was in the lounge, leaving the main bedroom hot, and it had mould. The linen was poor quality, the lounge and light fittings were filthy, and the plumbing was extremely noisy. Traffic and stair sounds made sleeping difficult. This was nowhere near the standard I expected from Best Western. One star is too generous. I’d avoid it and would never stay again.

The road noise wasn't enough to keep me awake, though I’d ask for a room away from the road next time. The pool was clean and working, and our room was comfortable and clean. The hosts were caring and fantastic. A few small cosmetic repairs are needed, but otherwise it was great. The restaurant was closed during our stay. I’d definitely return.

At that price, I didn't feel the room was worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it if a good night's sleep is what you're after. The shower flooded the floor when used. The bed springs were noticeable, and the pillows were so worn I wouldn't want my dogs sleeping on them. For three people, we got two biscuits and one 250 ml bottle of water.

The shower faucet came off, and the floors clearly hadn't been vacuumed. The furniture looked like it belonged in a thrift shop, with basic upkeep apparently neglected. It costs far too much for what you get. Calling it a hotel is generous, and the Best Western name only makes the place a disgrace to the brand. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

My room smelled bad when I arrived, and the air conditioner had a lot of mould. I asked to change rooms to avoid making a fuss, but the air conditioner in the replacement room was mouldy too. Reception said there was no mould and that they cleaned every week. I even showed one staff member the units, and he said nothing was wrong.
