The restaurant was worth trying, with good food and friendly staff. Our room was downstairs, and we had to walk past the pool from the car park. Anyone with mobility issues should ask for a ground-floor room nearer the main building. The bedding was wonderfully comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well cared for. Staff across reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping were great. A good place to stay while visiting Kalgoorlie.

The steaks were tender and delicious, and we had a great dinner overall. We arrived at 6:30 pm on Sunday, 1 March, and the hotel manager greeted us in the foyer, saying he'd reserved a table. The restaurant's waitress manager then showed us to a window table. They didn't have Swan Draught, so I ordered a Hahn instead. After about ten minutes, we ordered scotch fillet steaks, which arrived around fifteen minutes later. The sauces were mixed up between the mushroom and pepper steaks, but my brother had already poured his over his meal, so it was too late to switch them.

The beds were comfy and the shower had great pressure. The internet kept cutting in and out, which was frustrating since I was here for work. I also had to chase up my room service order at the restaurant after waiting an hour and a half. Aside from those issues, everything was great.

The location made it easy to get to attractions, gyms, and restaurants. The room and facility were clean, and daily housekeeping was available if wanted. Service was welcoming, professional, and excellent.

I've stayed here twice. The pool area is beautiful, and parking is gated and feels safe. The rooms are nice, including a lovely bathroom with a spa bath. The restaurant and room service menu seemed to have some good options. I did notice a few dirty marks on the walls, which I guessed might have been left by workers who stay there regularly.
