I stayed for an extended period and it was a nice place to be. I was happy to have tea, coffee, milk and biscuits topped up daily. For the price, though, I expected the bed to be made each day, and the sheets and towels to be changed at least once a week. That didn’t happen. I also wish there were a pool.

Violet was so friendly and clearly loves her job. Her customer service is next level. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a large space and a separate bedroom. The bed felt so fresh it was like Mum had set it up for me. A really good place. I travel for work and stay all over WA, from mine camps to restful stops like my night at Comfort inn Karratha. For a small suite, it was just right. The room had everything I needed, including a nicely equipped kitchen.

Our room was sparkly clean, and even though it faced the main road, we didn’t hear a thing. The rooms are a great size, and the location is central, with anything you might need just a short walk away. We could easily stay for a week. It’s our first time here, but it won’t be the last. Great service at reception and a winning smile. We got all the information we needed and were quickly on our way to the room.
