The barbecue area out back was clean and useful, and the receptionist was really kind and did what she could to help while the manager was away on personal leave. I was there four nights for work. The room was clean, but peeling paint made it feel overdue for an upgrade. The walls were so thin that we heard the neighbours talking and everything else, plus doors banging from 4:30 in the morning. That got extremely annoying.

We had a good barbecue area and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and looked after us well throughout the two weeks we stayed.

I booked this place by mistake and wouldn't come back. It feels like donga-style accommodation, with lots of FIFO workers and plenty of noise, while the room price isn't cheap. There are only about half a dozen spaces in the gated parking area, so your vehicle may have to sit outside the complex in the open, where a break-in is a possibility. Tourists should look elsewhere, as this seems aimed at mining contractors.

Nadine and Molly went out of their way to make me feel welcome during my stay of a little over two weeks. My room was tidy and had everything I needed. I was working late on Christmas Day and came back with nobody else around for me, but they still took the time to make sure I got Christmas tea. That really made my day. Thanks again, Nadine and Molly. As a bushy, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
