I left feeling incredibly relaxed after my one-day retreat with Nickie in September 2019. The place is in a beautiful, mostly untouched part of the state, which makes a lovely setting for a retreat. We started with yoga, then meditated and had a beautiful lunch. I also enjoyed a very relaxing spa and massage, and finished with some reiki healing. Nickie explained each activity and its purpose beforehand, talked through my experience with me, and answered my questions afterwards. I found the day enjoyable and informative, and would recommend it to anyone who needs a break from a busy life.
