We came away feeling rested, grateful, and already keen to return. The breakfast platter was both lovely to look at and delicious, and Michael and his wife made us feel so welcome. You can see how much care goes into the whole experience, right down to the animals. Our dogs had a brilliant time roaming around, and meeting Black Jack and Sky was unforgettable. The goats, chickens, and dogs added so much fun and life to the farm. The views were breathtaking, too, and had us slowing down and really taking it all in. A rare, special stay from start to finish.

My daughter was delighted by all the animals, especially the horses, chickens, ducks, and goats. Michael was warm and welcoming from his very first email, and the location makes for an easy country break without a long trip from the city. The safari tent felt cosy and gorgeous, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower with great pressure. The views were stunning, and the accommodation felt luxe. Breakfast came in a plentiful hamper, with delicious farm eggs and a generous little treat. Such a wonderful first taste of camping for my three-year-old. Thanks, Michael and family. We'd happily recommend a visit.

The fairy lit deck had a BBQ, places to sit and eat, and a lovely view. Our dogs were welcome too, with a dog bed ready for them. In the evenings we toasted marshmallows by the fire pit and looked up at the stars. The tent was fully enclosed, and the reverse cycle air-conditioning kept us very comfortable. There were horses, goats, chickens, cats, dogs, ducks, and even kangaroos early in the morning. BJ was a highlight. He made us laugh, and we still miss him and his buddy. Bring carrots if you can. We stayed Wednesday and Thursday for my birthday, and Michael, Fiona and Lily made us feel at home as soon as we arrived at Maple Park farm. The views around the glamour tent were beautiful. On arrival there was a cheese platter, fresh sour dough bread, marshmallows, hot chocolate, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and fresh farm eggs. They also catered for dietary requirements at breakfast. So many thoughtful touches made the stay feel special: a lit four poster bed, rain shower, bunk room with fairy lights, cosy lounge, and a kitchen with dining space and all the appliances you could want. I highly recommend Maple park farms.

The fire pit was a lovely bonus since the fire restriction hadn't started yet, and the tent looked even more magical in the valley than it did in the photos. Maple Park Farm was our first farm stay, and the facilities were all there, and better than listed. We had fun collecting eggs for breakfast, picking vegetables from the garden, and feeding the animals. There were lots of horses, including two in the field right in front of the tent, and they were affectionate and happy to interact. The farm also has two playful goats, chickens, and ducks. My son went wild for it all. I think our hosts were Michael, Fiona, and Lily, and they were among the best host families we've met. They did so much to make us comfortable, communicated promptly, and even adjusted the breakfast platter to suit us. They were so thoughtful that my six-year-old wrote them a sweet note in the review book. Thanks, Maple Park Farm. We'll definitely come back.

I found Maple Park while looking for somewhere dog friendly, and it turned out to be a relaxing nature break for the whole family. My children and our furbaby had a great time. Two horses were right in front of the tent and came up for pats or food, and we spotted kangaroos behind it in the late afternoon or early morning. We even watched the first sunrise of 2024 from the tent. Michael and his daughter Lily were wonderful hosts and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The tent and kitchenette were well equipped, and Lily brought a basket of fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm and played treasure hunt with the kids. The beds were comfortable, and my puppy liked hers too.
