The garden and the house are gorgeous, and the location was fantastic. Inside, it was spotless and roomy, with all the comforts of home, plenty of linen, comfortable beds, and even some unexpected pantry treats. Jan and Ray were attentive, exceptional hosts. Thanks for such a lovely stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We were surprised by just how much the hosts had thought to provide, including electric blankets and fireplaces that felt safely protected for little ones. Birch house has lovely gardens, and we absolutely loved staying there. Can’t wait to return, and I’d recommend it without hesitation 🩷

Getting away from everything while still being fairly close to the beach and local places to eat was exactly what we wanted. This charming little house, with its 1800's cottage character and modern amenities, suited us perfectly. We’ll be back.

We had two wonderful days of rest here. The cottage is peaceful, yet close to amenities, places of interest, and the beach. It’s charming and beautifully appointed, with everything we could want and more. I’ll be back.

A great place to relax, whether you’re away as a couple or with a group. Everything we needed was there, along with some nice extras, and it was very clean and comfortable. There’s plenty to do if you want, or you can just take it easy ☺️
