Everything was clean and well looked after, from the rooms to the resort’s amenities. The rooms had all the useful bits covered, including kitchen utensils, bathroom kits, and appliances. Even the luggage trolley in the parking area made getting things to and from the rooms convenient. Staff and guests gave the place a positive feel, and I honestly couldn’t think of anything that needed improving.

The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made our stay at Alzburg Resort a lovely one. It’s well suited to families, and the kids had plenty to enjoy, including the playroom, heated pool, tennis court, and outdoor play area with a slide. I’d recommend it to families visiting Mansfield.

Our bikes had a secure lock up area, and the staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The room was very well equipped, with a smart, modern kitchenette and a washing machine. There’s a huge pool with plenty of sun lounges and seating. Staff also helped us find another date when we decided not to come because of fires, even though Mansfield wasn’t in danger then. I’ll make this our first choice when I’m in the area.

It’s an easy walk into town and a handy base for touring the area. Our room was clean, with tea, coffee, a toaster, kettle, and pod coffee machine. We had a king size bed and a spa, and the on site pool was warm and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The hot spa was a lovely way to relax, and the accommodation felt luxurious, with real attention to detail. Staff were so friendly and welcoming that the whole visit felt comfortable. The market is within walking distance too, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.
