Central Avenue Apartments

We spent three nights here as two couples. The apartments are beautiful and really well equipped. What a lovely place to stay in Margaret River!

Apartment 6 was quiet, clean and comfortable for the four of us over a weekend, and self check-in was easy. We enjoyed relaxing on the large terrace with a few cold drinks. The kitchen had all the crockery and cutlery we needed, though condiments aren’t supplied. The location is convenient, an easy walk to local shops and restaurants. There’s plenty to see and do around the area, and we look forward to coming back to explore more.

We stayed in Apartment 8 at Central Avenue Apartments in late Feb 2025. It was spacious and stylishly furnished, with two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, plus a separate bathroom. The apartment had everything we needed, including generous supplies of coffee, tea and sugar, salt and pepper, and two small milk cartons in the fridge. Cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper were there too. Both bathrooms had generous bottles of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. It seems management has taken past reviews on board and added these thoughtful extras. My one suggestion is to improve the lighting in the bedrooms and common areas. The LED down lights don’t illuminate well. We highly recommend the apartments for a family getaway. Margaret River town is a short walk away, so the car can stay in the enclosed garage. Thank you.

The late checkout gave us time for breakfast and another wander around town, which was a lovely bonus. We had three apartments and everyone was happy with the comfy beds, linen and pillows. The shower was great, the sound system connected easily, and the entry instructions and locked garage parking were straightforward. Everything felt carefully thought out, and we didn't need a thing.
