The apartment was clean and tidy, but smelled of wet cat. There were three bedrooms and air conditioning, though the only aircon was in the lounge. None of the bedrooms had one, and the ceiling fans didn't spread the cool air around, so the apartment stayed hot and we slept badly. The ensuite toilet seat was broken too. We arrived to a quick handover: reception asked our booking name but didn't check ID, showed us a map for parking and the unit, then handed over the keys. On our first night, we took our 13 year old special needs grandson to the pool, and a resident complained about the noise he made while excited in the water. During our stay we only saw one smoking sign, in the elevator, saying no smoking on balconies or in common areas. Several permanent residents rudely told me there was no smoking anywhere on the property and that I had to leave the complex. I found that rude, and the lack of a designated outdoor smoking area discriminatory toward smokers. There was an ashtray in a kitchen cupboard and no no-smoking sign in the unit. Disabled access to the pool and other common areas is a joke: you take a lift to the basement, then face multiple stairs, or use the basement driveway. The so-called games room had an old coin-operated pool table, board games with lots of pieces missing, and some books. I highly recommend giving this place a wide berth.

Peter and Carol were fantastic. Whenever we needed help, they were there, and they were such a welcoming, lovely couple. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Restaurants and nightclubs were walkable, with food, great coffee, chocolate thick shakes and a local grocery store across the street. Good on you guys, you're the best.

The apartment was roomy, modern, spotless and sparkly, with spectacular views. It was exceptionally clean and had a real wow factor. Everything about the stay was wonderful, with a secure car park, a great private pool area and a Games Room we didn't visit. It's an easy walk to just about everything. Coral & Peter were a delight from booking through the stay, with exemplary service and recommendations for cuisines and places to visit. They're an amazing team. Thanks for a memorable stay.

We loved stepping out to walk or cycle for miles along the Maroochy River. The spacious unit worked well for families, and its large balcony had beautiful river views. Water sport lovers will enjoy the area, with a jetty and pontoon for fishing or mooring a boat or jetski. There's a large visitors car park and a pool and spa for relaxing in the sun. Cafes, Sunshine Plaza, Picnic Point and Cotton Tree are close by, and Maroochydore Beach is a short drive away. A fabulous place to holiday.

We booked two rooms for five couples, and the three-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped. It's a great family holiday spot, close to the shops and beach, with a bakery and Thai restaurant just across the road. Would definitely recommend.
