Good location, but I won't stay here again. The place was dirty, as shown in the photos. They say to leave rubbish outside the room and they'll deal with it, but they don't. During COVID, fresh towels could only be requested between 11 and 2 or thereabouts, so forget if you miss that window. Two days later, I called reception to ask for clean towels. They took the old ones away and didn't leave any replacements. Hopeless!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated our late checkout. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. The location was amazing, too. I'd absolutely come back, and hope next time I can stay longer than one night.

Don't even consider staying here. The room smelled, the couch was stained, and the walls were dirty. The lift wasn't working when I arrived, and the carpark was full, so I had to reverse up a ramp to get out. There wasn't any tea or coffee in the room. Milk in the fridge, but no coffee. Why?

Please check the bedding carefully. Both beds were covered in bodily fluids from previous guests. The doonas had been folded top to tail, and when I untucked them, there was dried blood. The other bed had no mattress protector and was blood-stained. I only discovered this after asking for a change because someone who'd just had an operation was being discharged from hospital. I asked for a refund and was refused, though they accepted responsibility and offered a 20% discount for any time that year or 50% off a future stay. Obviously, I'm not coming back. This happened during a COVID lockdown, while their website promoted hygiene, and it's far from acceptable. I believe this should be referred to the ACCC for some kind of refund. No one in their right mind would return. This is not 4.5-star accommodation. I see they've now tried to block me from having my say. Please be careful.
