Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection

My wife and I spent a night at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery, and had a great time. The room was modern, spotless, and really comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight, with fresh food, good quality, and plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and attentive too. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The restaurant was great for breakfast and coffee during the day, and the top floor bar had a lovely view and fantastic service. I was impressed by the service everywhere in the hotel. The location was amazing, and having everything I needed inside meant there was no reason to go out. My room was tidy and clean, with a thoughtful layout, space to put my bag out of the way, and beautiful fixtures and fittings.

We were there for one night with our two young kids, and the rooftop pool was a lovely extra. The view was nice, and it was a fun way to relax after a day out. Being connected to the shopping centre made the location so easy, since we could get food, shop and wander without taking the car. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable for the four of us. Staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in through check-out. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty the kids liked. We’d come back with the family.

The room service was really good, and we found the stay comfortable. The hotel was very clean and its direct connection to the mall makes the location extremely convenient. The lobby service disappointed us, though. At night, staff didn’t acknowledge us or even say hello, which seemed unexpected for a five-star hotel. It also struck me as odd that there’s no café or proper toilet in the lobby, despite restaurants opening later in the day. Service could be better.
