There was no fridge, and the TV in the room was broken with its cord cut at the back. The iron was filthy, so I asked for a scouring pad to clean it, but was told they didn’t have one. When I raised the issues, they accused me of smoking inside and became aggressive. I had to call the police about Isham because he and his wife were very aggressive.
