I was very disappointed and feel we should get a sizable refund for what we had to put up with. The apartment wasn’t serviced at all. It was dirty underfoot, the sofa was dirty, there were hairballs in the bathroom, and dishes had been left uncleaned by the previous tenant. One cup still had lipstick on it, the hob and bench were dirty, and there were hardly any kitchen utensils, not even a basic fruit bowl. Before booking, I asked about the things that mattered to us and was told yes to each: a room by the pool, easy carpark access with a ramp, and daily apartment servicing. Instead, our apartment was right at the front of the building, nowhere near the pool and too far for us to walk to. The carpark had stairs only, which my husband found challenging, so he parked on the street. We still paid $25 per night for that carpark.

Lisa and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The place is in an ideal spot, right next to a supermarket and near shops and restaurants.

I stayed at Aligned Corporate Residences for three weeks and had a great time. The apartments are spacious, the parking is secure and the location is great. The staff were friendly and professional, and made me feel at home. Hats off to the team, I’d certainly recommend it.

The apartments are roomy and comfortable, and it’s dog friendly with dog parks close by. Rochelle at the office is such a sweetheart when you check in. They ran things really well in the middle of the pandemic.
