The staff were welcoming and super helpful throughout my stay, and the central location made it convenient to get around the city. My room was just right and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean, and so were the kitchen and bathroom facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

I loved having a full kitchen, which made mornings easier, and the comfortable living area was a good spot to relax after exploring Melbourne. The apartment was modern, spacious, spotless, and had big windows with lots of natural light. Check-in was friendly and efficient from the moment I arrived. Cafes, shops, and tram stops were a short walk away, and even though I was in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. I slept well after busy sightseeing days. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would definitely stay again on my next trip.

The staff have even tracked down belongings I accidentally left behind and made sure they got back to me. That kind of honesty says a lot about the team. I stay here during work breaks, and it’s always good value, very clean, and has high class facilities. They’ve also looked after me with late check-ins. The professionalism is a real credit to everyone there.

The front desk made us feel welcome from the start. We didn’t catch her name, but the staff member who had moved from China was really personable and took time to chat about our travels. We stayed for a week, and the room we booked made the trip much more enjoyable. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed and living room were neat and inviting. After a sunny day exploring the city, the third-floor pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind.

The staff were lovely and helped us with extra things we needed, as well as sharing their favourite Melbourne spots. Our queen suite turned out to be quite different from the website picture, in a really good way. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the lounge and kitchen, so it feels like a spacious, luxurious apartment. The beds were super comfortable, and it was very quiet around our room. After-hours check-in was easy, too. There’s a nice pool and jacuzzi, a cafe nearby, and it’s a 10-15 minute walk to central. I also love that transport around VIC is currently free for all of May. We loved staying here and will definitely come back!
