We had a spacious, clean two-bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer. The rooms have glass windows looking into the living room, which lets in some natural light. There’s also a small gym, but it was good enough for an airport hotel. The drive to and from Melbourne Airport is around 10 minutes. Parking cost about AU$17, which I can understand for an airport hotel. A very nice place, and I’d recommend it to families.

We spent three nights here with our two dogs while getting ready to move overseas. The staff were fantastic, helping with whatever we needed and going out of their way to accommodate our requests. Bargain car rental is right across the road, so picking up and returning a car was trouble-free. A great stay, and I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The rooms are clean and modern, with everything you need and really comfortable beds. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and checking in was easy. Room prices are always great too.

The manager was kind and gave us a great room, which was spotless. Service was great too, so I had nothing to complain about. We usually choose Quest because we can do our laundry, and the room has a dryer and a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is awesome.

We only stayed two nights before flying home. The hotel is decent and close to the airport, but we won’t be back. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night, so we had to call reception for clean towels and sheets. We also booked an airport shuttle, but it left 15 minutes later than expected.
