The undercover parking is a bit tight and won't suit boats, but the low-season price was very good. The apartments are comfortable, modern and very clean, and the hosts are welcoming and friendly. It's about a two-minute walk from the city centre, with water views and an in-ground pool. We'll definitely stay again.

Apartment 1 was very clean and comfortable, with the bedrooms at the back and no street noise there. We stayed seven nights. Its location is handy for Woollies, Aldi, both clubs and the CBD, all within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and Debbie gave us a thorough rundown of Merimbula and the unit. The living area opens onto a good-sized balcony overlooking the lake. I'd have no hesitation recommending Baywatch apartments.

My children loved feeding the lorikeets by hand from the balcony, and Spencer Park is close by. We barely needed the car because everything is so near. The apartment had all we needed and a beautiful view. Thanks, Deb and Ken, for making my family and me feel so welcome during our wonderful eight-night stay. We'll definitely come back.

Our balcony looked out over a lovely view. We spent six nights in this fabulous complex, which is spacious, very clean and in a fantastic spot. Debbie is the best host! Thanks to Beautiful Merimbula and Baywatch. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We had a great time during our nine days here and would highly recommend these serviced apartments for a holiday in Merimbula NSW. The pool is for guests, and there's a BBQ area behind the apartment block with recliner beach chairs, a table and a bench. Sunset over the bay and oyster farm looked especially lovely from the lounge and balcony. The apartment was comfortable all around, with great air conditioning and a cozy bed, and it's an easy walk to the town centre. One of the owners, Deb, welcomed us and shared some information before we settled in for the week.
